GLS Delivers the Training Blue & Co. Was Missing
Staff Level Training Case Study
Blue & Co. was ready to evolve their audit staff training. While their prior programs served them well for years, the team was looking for content that was better aligned with their current systems and reflected how their staff worked day to day. That’s where GLS Level Training came in. With clearly defined learning objectives, practical examples, and a structured progression through levels one through four, the program delivered content that resonated. Staff found it engaging and applicable, and internal feedback soared, earning the highest participant ratings the firm had seen in four years.
