Our courses are relevant, timely, and created by subject matter experts who understand adult learning. Our instructors, who serve on various state and national committees, ensure all courses have the latest information. Courses are frequently updated and include detailed downloadable reference materials to aid knowledge retention.
Billing is transparent and based on usage, so you only pay for what your team accesses. We also offer discounted, prepaid bulk purchasing options.
Don’t have a full-service LMS? No problem, you can use ours.
If you are not an LCvista client, GLS can create a private User Group for your team within our NASBA-compliant LMS. We can assign access to courses and help develop training plans tailored to your needs.
With our on-demand catalog, your team can access up-to-date coursework created by subject matter experts. We offer a variety of fields of study and content for all expertise levels, from introductory to advanced courses.
Take advantage of our flexible, low-commitment billing options: pay only for the content you access or choose discounted bulk purchase plans.
Firms love that overseas staff can access premium content regardless of their time zone.
On demand training also makes great prerequisites before live courses.
Individual CPAs can also directly access the same great on demand classes as the big firms, global alliances, and state societies.
We offer classes in a variety of fields of study so that you can pick and choose the content that applies to the work you do. Our courses are engaging, thought-provoking, and example-based using the latest in adult learning theory. On demand courses are self-paced so you can start and stop when you need to. Our on-demand courses are NASBA sponsored so if your state requires NASBA sponsorship, we have you covered!

On Demand FAQ’s
How long do I have to complete my CPE exam?
When do courses expire?
GLS does not want you to spend your time on outdated content. Many of our update courses are replaced annually in March and April, while courses with longer shelf lives are reviewed regularly to ensure the content remains relevant. Course expiration dates are clearly marked in LCvista. A three-month grace period is extended beyond the final enrollment period to ensure registered users have plenty of time to complete a course.
What if I get a review question wrong?
Keeping with NASBA QAS Self Study policies, our on demand courses feature three review questions per CPE hour. Review questions include detailed feedback to help you understand where you went wrong, and you can try as many times as needed until you answer correctly. These questions do not count towards your final assessment.
What is the refund policy?
Generally, our on-demand courses are billed at enrollment and are nonrefundable. GLS will make every effort to provide the best training course possible. In compliance with our NASBA policy, please contact Frank Galasso at operations@galassolearningsolutions.com within 10 business days of the event if you are not satisfied with the program.
Do you offer any discounts for bulk or group purchases?
Is there an exam? What’s the passing grade? What if I don’t pass?
GLS on-demand courses follow NASBA QAS Self Study policies, which include a final assessment. The assessment is comprised of 5 questions per CPE credit hour. A passing grade of 70% or higher is needed to earn CPE credit. The exam may be retaken.
Can I rewind, fast forward or speed up the video?
GLS’s video-based self-study courses are designed to promote learning and retention and comply with NASBA. Video segments must be watched in their entirety once. After viewing a segment, navigation controls are enabled and the segment can be watched again, skipped, rewound, and fast-forwarded. Videos can be paused at any time. Courses can also be closed and resumed at the last segment completed. You cannot fast-forward through content until the segment has been watched in its entirety. You cannot increase the speed of a recording as that does not meet NASBA standards.
